ShortMatic Ai is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users upload videos, generate AI-assisted short-form clips/reels, add captions, and export finished media. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Paid plans are sold as one-time access for a fixed period (typically 30 days) and do not auto-renew unless we clearly state otherwise. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply to paid purchases.

Plan limits (storage, AI jobs, video minutes, and related quotas) are described on our Pricing page and may be enforced by the Service.

You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcode, analyze, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service for you. You must have the rights to upload and process any media you submit, including music, logos, faces, and third-party clips.

You may not use the Service to:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service
• Generate illegal, exploitative, or clearly harmful content
• Resell access or automate abuse of AI/processing quotas

To manage storage costs, uploaded media and generated files may be automatically deleted after a retention period (for example, around 30 days). Keep your own backups of important exports.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, limits, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
