• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and verification status
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, and purchase metadata. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full card numbers
• Content: videos, transcripts, clips, captions, and project settings you upload or generate
• Usage & technical data: feature usage, job status, approximate device/browser info, IP address, and logs needed for security and support

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Process uploads, AI jobs, exports, and plan limits
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, important notices)
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

Uploaded media may be processed by our servers and third-party AI/transcription providers solely to deliver features you request (for example speech-to-text or clip suggestions). Do not upload content you are not allowed to process.

We may share data with:

• Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) for checkout, invoices, and tax
• Infrastructure and AI vendors needed to run the Service
• Analytics providers (when enabled) such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage and improve the site
• Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Media files may be deleted automatically after a retention window. Backup copies and logs may persist for a limited time for security and recovery.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You may update account details in Settings, request deletion of your account, or contact us about access/correction requests where applicable under local law.

We may process data on servers outside your country. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
